AT&T Encrypted Mobile Voice PDF Print E-mail

There are so many high level government personnel out there – take Obama for example. Surely, just like any other 21st century citizens of the United States, having a mobile phone by your pocket has become a norm of the general public. Even President Obama uses a BlackBerry for his telecommunications needs, and he has been spotted in several occasions typing on his BlackBerry unit too.

And with so many security threats threatening the security of the country, I believe that it makes sense to encrypt one’s telecommunications data. For example, the AT&T Encrypted Mobile Voice is set to hit the streets at the end of this year, whereby subscribers who use such encrypted plans would have their mobile voice encrypted using a complex two-factor authentication. Of course, AT&T disclosed that such encrypted service will offer higher security for calls made on the AT&T wireless network.

Well this might spell the end of eavesdropping on the general public as well?
