Well not all firmware upgrades are perfect, and in the last update on the Xbox 360, it seems that users have experience a problem associated to a particular color space on their user interface. In fact, according to several beta testers that used the interface during its beta testing period, have reported the issue, but no drastic measures were taken to address the problem – up until now.
Microsoft has recently acknowledges that the Xbox 360 color space problem does exists, and that they are working on a fix to address the problem. Apparently, there are also other problems associated with the recent firmware upgrade, in which it is singled out to the HDMI output having HDCP authentication problems with certain TVs and receivers. We’ll just pray hard that Microsoft can deliver a solid firmware upgrade in the near future.
